# Action Template for Issuing an Action in an Operation or Flow

Issuing an action is one of the steps available in an operation and in a flow. For your template to show up there, two things have to be true:

* The template was created in the same campaign as the operation or flow, or in one of its child campaigns.
* The template's categories are set correctly.

## Suitable categories

| 1st-level category | Customer's personal actions |
| 2nd-level category | Any                         |
| 3rd-level category | Any                         |
