# Action Templates for Adding and Removing Products From a Product List

Product lists usually change through operations, and those operations create their action templates automatically. Sometimes, though, you need to edit lists through the interface instead.

To create the templates, follow the [general walkthrough](/customers-orders-and-products/actions/action-template/how-to-create-an-action-template) and set the categories that fit the task.
