How to assign tags

  1. Go to Settings → Customers and actions → Action templates.
  2. Click Actions → Set tag.
  3. Tick the templates you want to tag — one or several.
  4. Pick the templates and click Set tag.
You’ll see a confirmation and a link to a filter showing every template with that tag. Follow the link and you’ll get exactly those templates.

How to remove tags

  1. Go to Settings → Customers and actions → Action templates.
  2. Click Actions → Remove tag.
  3. Tick the templates you want to untag — one or several.
  4. Clear the tags you don’t need by clicking the cross next to each one, then click Remove tag.
