Campaigns Report

Updated over a week ago

Campaign reports allow you to:

  • View a performance funnel for campaigns over a selected period: sends, delivery rate, open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, and conversion rate.

  • Compare campaigns with each other.

  • Group campaigns by folders, channels, or categories, and drill down into metrics of specific campaigns.

  • Track campaign performance daily, weekly, or monthly.

Campaign statistics are updated in real time, while attribution data is recalculated once a day.

You can find this report under Analytics → Campaigns.

Report settings

By default, the report shows all campaigns for the last three months, grouped by month, with the goal set to Orders.

  • Time period: Set the range manually or use date presets (last week, last month, last six months). The end date is inclusive.

  • Campaign selection: Choose specific campaigns or group them by channel (Email, SMS, Viber, Mobile Push, Web Push), type (bulk, automated, transactional), folder, tags, or brand.

  • Select a goal: which order categories and statuses to include in the revenue report. The default goal “Orders” covers statuses such as Created, Paid, and Delivered.

There are two types of Dashboard mode:

  1. Summary — general statistics for the selected period.

  2. Detailed — performance trends over time, broken down by day, week, or month.

Summary mode

Metrics description

  • Sent — number of messages actually sent during the selected period.

    • Out of X messages — number of messages queued for sending. Some may not be sent if a contact or subscription is missing.

  • Delivery rate — percentage of delivered messages out of total sent during the selected period.

    • Delivered — number of messages successfully delivered (calculated as sent minus undelivered).

  • Open rate — percentage of opened messages out of delivered during the selected period.

    • Opened — number of messages opened.

  • Click rate — percentage of messages with at least one click out of delivered during the selected period.

    • Clicked — number of messages with at least one click.

  • Unsubscribe rate — percentage of messages where a recipient unsubscribed out of delivered during the selected period.

    • Unsubscribed — number of messages where recipients unsubscribed.

  • Spam rate — the percentage of delivered messages where the recipient marked the message as spam and unsubscribed during the selected period.

    • Spam complaints — number of messages marked as spam.

  • Bounce rate — percentage of undelivered messages due to invalid or inactive email addresses, out of total sent during the selected period.

    • Bounced messages — number of undelivered messages due to invalid or inactive addresses.

  • Conversion rate — percentage of conversions toward the selected goal, out of delivered messages.

    • Conversions — number of attributed orders for the selected goal.

  • Revenue (First touch in range) — total revenue from orders attributed to delivered messages during the period.

    • Average order value — revenue from conversions divided by the number of conversions.

The table below shows these metrics for each campaign and also includes:

  • Campaign content details: subject, template, heatmap;

  • Technical information: start date, campaign folder, type, tag, brand;

  • Revenue per recipient: total campaign revenue divided by the number of delivered messages.

Detailed mode

At the top of this report, you’ll see performance metrics over the selected period:

  • Revenue — total revenue for the goal from attributed orders completed during the selected period.

    • Number of orders — number of attributed orders for the goal completed during the selected period.

These metrics are based on orders placed during the selected period. Note that an order attributed to a campaign may be linked to a campaign sent before this period.

Other metrics follow the same logic as in the Summary report.

  • Campaign actions: sends, deliveries, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, including spam rate and bounce rate.

  • Goal conversions: number of attributed orders, their share of delivered campaigns, total revenue, and average order value.

Charts

To customize a chart:

  1. Click on a metric at the top of the report.

  2. Select how to group results: daily, weekly, or monthly.

Absolute values are shown as bar charts on the right side. Percentages are shown as line graphs on the left side.

Hover over a point to see detailed results for that interval.

Below the chart, you can find a breakdown of all metrics by the selected interval. You can also expand rows to view results for specific campaigns.

To group by folders, use the toggle switch.

Data deletion and reports

  • Automatic deletion of events and customers does not affect reports — data remains available.

  • Deleting campaigns also does not remove them from reports; they stay visible but are marked as deleted.

  • Manual deletion of customers or events within the last three months will affect reports (e.g., sends and other metrics will decrease). Deleting events older than three months does not affect reports.

Exporting reports

Export to CSV from the interface

  1. Select the report type, time period, campaigns, and goal. For detailed dashboard mode, also select the time grouping.

  2. Click Export to .csv.
