Analytics with AI Assistant

How does it work?

The Maestra AI Assistant regularly checks your project’s key metrics and marketing activity data. It identifies patterns and highlights your business’s strengths and weaknesses that might be missed during manual analysis.

Key features:

  • Data interpretation. It turns complex datasets into clear insights about your marketing performance.

  • Trend analysis. It explains why key metrics have changed.

  • Correlation detection. Assistant identifies connections between metrics and channels.

  • Recommendations. It suggests specific steps to improve existing campaigns or launch new ones.

The assistant's data is updated on the first day of each month. Remember this when comparing it with other reports during the month.

How to enable it

Go to the main page or to the Reports section→ Revenue & Drivers.

Next to the chart, you’ll see the AI Assistant panel.

Read the terms of service and data processing, then confirm by clicking the Agree and Enable button.

Only the project owner can enable the AI Assistant.

Once you have accepted the terms, the first report for the previous month will be ready within 24 hours.

To withdraw consent, contact customer support.

Data security and transparency

All data sent to machine learning services is anonymized. We do not share information that directly identifies your company (including its name).

Machine learning services and processed data

The up-to-date list of machine learning services powering Maestra AI is available in Settings → System → Maestra AI.

Customer personal data is never shared.

Analytics goal

Choose the goal for which you want the report to be created.

Brief Summary

Year summary and recommendations require orders in your project.

  • Year summary — it shows a detailed performance overview over the last 12 months compared to the previous 12 months (year over year).

  • Monthly summary — provides a detailed performance overview for the past month compared to the previous one.

The overview includes:

  • Business and marketing growth

  • Strengths and weaknesses

  • Customer lifecycle segment analysis

  • Campaign performance analysis

For summaries, the following commands are available:

  • Key Challenges — metrics that dropped compared to the previous period. Boosting these can drive growth in the next period.

  • Strengths — metrics that showed growth compared to the previous period.

AI recommendations

Let AI recommendations guide your decisions —they’re a starting point, not the final word.

As with any AI service, the assistant can make mistakes when analyzing data or generating recommendations. Always review its suggestions and make sure they align with your business goals before acting on them.

The assistant checks your project reports and generates a personalized list of recommendations, including:

  • Specific actions to optimize existing campaigns;

  • Ideas for using lifecycle segments to improve targeting;

  • Suggestions for launching new marketing mechanics.
