# How to find customers without orders

Go to **Customer Data Platform→ Customers**.

The filter logic is the same as for finding [customers with orders](/filters/filtering-by-orders/how-to-find-customers-with-orders).

The difference is that instead of **"order — at least one"**, select **"order — none"**.

In this screenshot, we’re filtering for customers who don’t have any orders with the following statuses: Placed, Paid, or Delivered. That means they might have cancelled or returned orders, **but none that are** **Placed, Paid, or Delivered**.

You can apply the same logic or specify a particular status if needed.

<Note>
  Please note that the filter is based on the **order’s latest status**.

  For example, if an order goes through several statuses — Placed → Paid → Delivered — it will be considered as Delivered in the filter.

  If an order goes from Placed → Paid → Canceled, it will be considered as Canceled in the filter.
</Note>

Skip the status filter if you need to include customers **without orders at all.**
