A customer in Maestra is any consumer that can be identified and found in the system.
Once recorded in a project, every customer must have at least one unique contact detail / ID, such as:
- email;
- mobile phone number;
- discount card number;
- external ID (an ID issued by your external system; you’ll need to create an additional custom field to save this info (field type: Unique ID, entity: Customer)
- mobile app;
- mobile push device.
In addition, a Maestra ID is generated automatically for all customers recorded in the project.
The system also creates an individual customer profile for every customer.
