Go to Customer Data Platform→ Customers.
The filter logic is the same as for finding customers with orders.
The difference is that instead of "order — at least one", select "order — none".
In this screenshot, we’re filtering for customers who don’t have any orders with the following statuses: Placed, Paid, or Delivered. That means they might have cancelled or returned orders, but none that are Placed, Paid, or Delivered.
You can apply the same logic or specify a particular status if needed.
Please note that the filter is based on the order’s latest status.
For example, if an order goes through several statuses — Placed → Paid → Delivered — it will be considered as Delivered in the filter.
If an order goes from Placed → Paid → Canceled, it will be considered as Canceled in the filter.
Skip the status filter if you need to include customers without orders at all.
