How to Filter Customers into Segments

To create a segment:

1. Go to Customer Data Platform β†’ Customers:

2. Build a filter to select the customers you want to add into your segment and click Apply:

3. Click Create segment

4. Enter the segment name and description. The system will automatically generate the system name and external ID.

5. You can create a Real-time or a Scheduled segment, depending on your needs.

  • To create a Scheduled segment, tick the Set an update schedule checkbox and configure the update rules based on time and specific events (if needed). Then click Create.

  • To create a Real-time segment just click Create:
