Over time, you may end up with gift card pools you no longer need — test pools, expired campaigns, or pools created by mistake. Maestra lets you remove these pools to keep your loyalty workspace tidy.
You can only delete a gift card pool that has no cards associated with it. If the pool still contains gift cards, remove the cards first, then delete the pool.

Delete a gift card pool

Open the gift card pools section

In Maestra, go to Campaigns → Loyalty → Gift card pools.

Find the pool you want to delete

Locate the pool in the list. Open the additional actions menu next to it and select Delete.

Confirm the deletion

Once the pool is removed, you’ll see a notification confirming that the deletion was processed successfully.
Deletion is permanent. Make sure the pool is no longer referenced by any active campaigns or workflows before you remove it.

Before you delete a pool

If the pool still contains gift cards, you won’t be able to delete it. You have two options:
  • Remove the cards first. See the guide on deleting individual gift cards, then return here to remove the empty pool.
  • Keep the pool. If the cards are still in use, leave the pool in place.
Once the pool is empty, repeat the steps above to delete it.
