All changes to a customer are recorded in their customer profile on the Change history tab. The history shows the action that triggered each change, the date, the point of contact, and the state before and after. Click any row in the history to see the full details. The change history lets you trace every modification to a customer from the moment they first appeared in the database, so you can figure out exactly why their data looks the way it does.

Examples of changes you might see

For example, the customer was edited by an operation. The action recorded is: “Edit customer in the ‘Customer - Sign in to account’ operation.” An additional field was added. Both the state before the edit and the resulting state are shown.
The change was triggered by a file import. The task number is shown, and the link opens the source data so you can review the original file.
Click any history row to expand the full before-and-after view, including the point of contact and the specific operation or task that caused the change.
